i'm a bit confused about what the exact qualifications are for a liberal redneck (i haven't read the other post either--as if that creates some solidarity between us).
i am in whole-hearted agreement with the position on interruptive technology... underscoring the value of focus and the priority of any individuals in personal attendance. far too often electronic interruptions are worn as a badge of honor and self-importance, flaunted as if to point out the relative unimportance of anyone interrupted with less frequency.
and yes, this is important stuff.
